Bugfixes:
-fixed Mech positioning on terrain (this should fix "flying" Mechs altogether)
-fixed worldmap warp point display
-fixed settings not having the intended default values
  -default values are Sound: 50% - Music: 50% - Graphics: Medium
  -default values will only be applied on starting RUTHLESS:1 the first time (including older versions)
-fixed Load Game menu not always opening
-fixed scrollbar and counter in Load Game menu
-fixed some hover effects in Hub Menu

Improvements:
-aligned minimap to the main camera's 45° angle
-added descriptions for Mechs in starter selection menu
-added new tutorials
-moved some tutorials to better positions
-improved tree positioning on terrain
